This is to officially certify that Swadesh Enterprises, through its R&D identity "SwadeshLABS", hereby declares that SamhitaOffice™ Gov Edition v0.2 x64Bit IND is a Restricted Supply Product — exclusively designed, developed, and supplied for authorised procurement by the Government of India, State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Defence establishments, and other eligible institutional procurers as defined under applicable procurement policies.
SamhitaOffice is not available for open commercial sale to the general public, private enterprises, or non-governmental entities. All procurement shall be routed exclusively through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), authorised NIC channels, or direct institutional Purchase Orders addressed to Swadesh Enterprises.
