This website is operated by Swadesh Enterprises (proprietor: Swadesh Vaish), supplier of SamhitaOffice™. Contact: admin@samhitaoffice.in.

When you submit the procurement enquiry form we collect: officer name, designation, organisation, ministry/parent body, official email, phone, State/UT, deployment mode, approximate seats and your message. We also store a one-way hash of your network address to prevent abuse. We do not collect this information from visitors who only browse the site.

Solely to respond to your procurement enquiry, prepare quotations and demonstrations, and keep a record of correspondence. We do not sell, rent or use enquiry data for advertising.

Enquiries are submitted only after you tick the consent box. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to procurement@samhitaoffice.in; we will then delete your enquiry unless a record must be kept for a contract or legal obligation.

Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorised Swadesh Enterprises administrators can view them, and every status change is logged. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Enquiry records are kept for up to 3 years after the last correspondence, then deleted, unless a longer period is required for an active procurement or by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and raise a grievance, by emailing admin@samhitaoffice.in. We intend to handle requests in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The public website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Administrator sign-in stores a session in the browser only for signed-in editors. Basic, privacy-friendly page-view statistics may be collected by the hosting platform without identifying individual visitors.

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
