Product vision

An office ecosystem built for institutional India.

SamhitaOffice™ is an India-developed office productivity suite — Patra (documents), Hisab (spreadsheets), Pradarshan (presentations) and Samhita PDF — designed for offline-first, air-gapped use in government offices.

It is licensed per installation and supplied as physical licence packets, with templates, documentation and support structured around institutional procurement rather than consumer subscriptions.

Our ambition is to help Indian institutions build lasting confidence in India-developed software. We invite partners who share that ambition: businesses ready to combine local knowledge, procurement discipline and dependable service with a long-term commitment to the institutions they serve.

Market opportunity

India's public institutions procure office productivity software through structured government purchasing channels. SamhitaOffice™ is building a dedicated national distribution network to participate in this market with India-developed, government-focused office software.

A. Established procurement channel

Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and official tendering are established channels for institutional purchasing.

B. Office productivity software demand

Office productivity software is procured through GeM; individual category names and specifications follow the original procurement documents.

No verified tender records published

Individual tender records are being checked against original government documents and will be published once verified.

A consolidated official market-size estimate for India's government office-suite software procurement has not yet been established in this analysis.

A shared ambition

Build a network. Earn trust. Contribute to India's software future.

A meaningful distribution network is built on more than transactions. It grows through people who understand their institutions, stand behind the products they supply and help customers adopt technology with confidence. That is the kind of leadership we seek in a SamhitaOffice™ National Partner.

Lead with local understanding

Bring your knowledge of institutional needs and government procurement to the proposed zone. Aspire to become a dependable point of contact through clear communication, responsible representation and consistent follow-through.

Build capability beyond your business

Help identify and mentor prospective Regional Partners. Share product knowledge, encourage sound procurement practices and work towards a network that values service as much as reach. Final appointments remain with central administration.

Make trust your lasting contribution

Support informed product evaluation, careful deployment and dependable after-sales service. Help institutions explore India-developed, offline-first office software on its merits, with respect for their requirements and procurement decisions.

Bring your experience. Share the ambition. Build with purpose.

If your business combines institutional experience with a commitment to responsible growth, we invite you to put forward your vision for a National Partnership.

Put Forward Your Application

This is a shared vision, not a promise of earnings, orders or appointment. Selection, territorial rights and partner responsibilities remain subject to evaluation and the executed agreement.
